Policies

Cell Phones – We do ask that you please silence your cell phones upon arrival to ensure everyone’s visit is pleasurable.

Cancellations – As time is reserved especially for each client, appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged for the entire amount of the service(s). If you have a gift card, we reserve the right to use it for payment if we do not receive a 24 hour cancellation notice.

Holding Your Reservation – A credit card is required to hold certain appointments.

Returns – Any product returns will be refunded to a Salon Bliss Gift Card within 14 days of purchase. All accessory purchases are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Payment – Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. Please note that for the convenience of using a credit card, a nominal fee of 3% will be applied to transactions

Gratuity – At this time we are not able to include gratuity on a credit card or Salon Bliss gift card.

Gift Cards Gift Cards are yours for keeps, so hold onto them. We can’t replace them if they’re lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission. Gift cards are non-refundable.

An ATM machine is available on premises for your convenience.
